Hello, moi c'est Emilie, professeur de yoga et éducatrice spécialisée de formation ! 

En perpétuelle exploration du lien à soi et aux autres, j’ai à cœur de vous proposer des pratiques qui respectent votre rythme et vos besoins pour un peu d'apaisement et de bien-être.
